Some features connect to third party services such as Zoom, Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, Paynow or Xero. Their own subscription or transaction fees are not part of Spark Clinic pricing. SMS is different: Spark sends the messages itself, so they are covered by your credits at 0.05 credits each with no carrier fee on top. See everything that is included.
